Salida del Sol is our most complex Gusto blend and also our lightest roasted coffee. It has outstanding characteristics of sweetness and clean acidity, combined with smoothness and softness that fills the mouth. It leaves no hint of bitterness, just a delightful roasted finish of considerable length.

We source our beans from the four corners of the world and use only the finest Arabica beans in all our blends. All our beans are roasted on site in Manly Vale in a state of the art Brambati roaster which provides a gentle and consistent roasting process. Small batch roasted, all of our blends enjoy an obsessive attention to the roasting detail to ensure the freshest and finest coffee reaches and delights the most discerning tastes of our customers.
